• We only collect what is needed to run this pre-launch page.
• No tracking or marketing cookies, no ads, no profiling.
• Your wait-list signup is used solely for the launch notification.
• Your data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
• No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data — in particular IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type and referrer — to deliver, stabilise and secure the website, e.g. to fend off attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Cloudflare; any transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified.

When you join the wait-list we store your email address, chosen language, whether you register as a family or as a midwife, and the time of signup — in storage operated by our processor Cloudflare (Workers KV) on encrypted infrastructure. The sole purpose is to notify you about the launch of mammito (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent).

You can withdraw your consent at any time without giving reasons — an informal email to [email protected] is enough; your data will then be deleted immediately. Wait-list data is deleted at the latest shortly after launch or after the notification is sent, unless you register. The lawfulness of processing before withdrawal remains unaffected.

When you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and chosen language to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To protect against automated abuse we use an invisible form field (honeypot) and — where activated — Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly alternative to classic CAPTCHAs without tracking. Contact data is deleted once your enquiry has been conclusively answered and no statutory retention obligations apply.

This site only sets technically necessary cookies: the language cookie mammito_lang (stores your language choice, 12 months) and the consent cookie cc_cookie (stores your cookie settings, 6 months). Tracking, analytics or marketing cookies are not set without your explicit consent. You can also delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

If you consent to the "statistics" category, or where activated, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless audience measurement. No user profiles are created, no cookies are set and no cross-device tracking takes place; IP addresses are not stored for re-identification (Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR).

Your data is stored exclusively on systems of our processor Cloudflare (hosting and storage, see section 3). It is not passed on to other third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.

• Server logs: short-term, within Cloudflare's security mechanisms.
• Wait-list: until withdrawal, at most until shortly after mammito launches.
• Contact enquiries: until your enquiry has been conclusively answered.
• Language cookie: 12 months; consent cookie: 6 months — deletable in your browser at any time.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access to your stored data (Art. 15)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
• erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18)
• data portability (Art. 20)
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
• withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))

An informal email to [email protected] is all it takes to exercise your rights.

If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). In Austria: Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at. You may also contact the authority of your country of residence.

All data is transmitted encrypted via TLS (padlock symbol in your browser). We also take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

This service is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us — we will delete it immediately.

We will adapt this privacy policy as the service evolves — in particular, it will be comprehensively extended when the actual mammito platform launches. The version published here applies. The German version is legally binding.
